Tina is the most outstanding realtor you could ever hope to meet, and I give her my highest recommendation! My boyfriend and I were first-time homebuyers, and Tina worked tirelessly for us, always putting in the extra effort. Tina went above and beyond helping us find our first home, and she was always one step ahead of us. She explained things clearly and always knew exactly which questions to ask. She consistently had our best interests in mind, and was there for us on every step. One thing that stands out about Tina is that she doesn't tell you only what you want to hear. If you fall in love with a house, she won't rush you into making an offer but rather looks out for you and makes sure that you know the property's potential negatives that you might not have considered. She is super communicative and returns every phone call, email, or text message promptly. We never once worried that she would take advantage of us or flake on us--Tina is amazing! I worked with Tina on her duplex purchase last year as the mortgage broker. As with most real estate transactions, often times we had to overcome some hurdles. In this case, the appraiser's rental income survey came in lower than expected. Tina had done extensive research of similar duplex comps. She personally went to a property (which is a better comp) to speak to the owner and to verify the rental information she found on Rentometer.com. She was able to convince the appraiser to correct his appraisal report. As a result, we were able to close our purchase transaction on time.
